Miss Beautiful Smile (Femina, 2001), 5'71/2" tall, "Trisha Krishnan" was born on 4 May, 1983.Trisha means success. She was born in Tamil Brahmin family. She was born and brought up in Chennai.In 2004, she starred in Varsham in Telugu which went on to become the biggest hit of the year and turned her into an overnight sensation. In 2005, she starred alongside Siddharth Narayan in the telugu flick Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana as the village girl Siri. The movie is about a rich boy, who tries to marry a girl - however her brother opposes. It is directed by Prabhu Deva, was successful at the box office . Trisha quoted that "'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' is the best entertainer that I have seen in my life" and she won 2 awards for the film which include the Filmfare Award and Nandi Award

Trisha Krishnan (born 4 May 1983) is an Indian film actress and model, who primarily appears in Tamil and Telugu language films, but has also appeared in Hindi language films. She was noticed after winning several beauty pageants like the Miss Madras contest (1999), which marked her entry into filmdom. During her career, she has received three South Filmfare Awards, establishing her as one of the leading actresses of the South Indian film industry.

After her first appearance in the 1999 Tamil film Jodi, in a supporting role, she starred in her first lead role in the 2002 film Mounam Pesiyadhe. She later rose to fame starring in the successful films, Saamy (2003) and Ghilli (2004) in Tamil cinema and Varsham (2004) in Telugu cinema, for which she secured her first South Filmfare Best Actress Award before getting the same award 2 more times for her critically acclaimed blockbusters Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005) and Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule (2007).

She made her Bollywood debut in the 2010 film Khatta Meetha opposite Akshay Kumar.She was seen in her career best performances in Abhiyum Naanum (2008) and Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010) for which she won Vijay Award for Favourite Heroine and was nominated for Filmfare Best Tamil Actress Award.
